— Carrier Network

We know the carrier, not just the capacity.

Every carrier in our network passed a documented review before their first load. Safety history, dispatch contacts, three performance records—verified before booking, tracked after delivery.

/ Documented Vetting Process

Three reviews before the first load.

01 — Safety History

We pull FMCSA safety scores, CSA data, and insurance verification. A clean MC number alone disqualifies nothing and proves nothing—we look at the record.

02 — Dispatch Contacts

We establish direct lines to dispatch—not portal logins, not automated queues. If a load goes sideways at 2 a.m., we reach a person who can act.

03 — Performance Reviews

Three post-delivery reviews from prior shippers. On-time rate, communication quality, condition of freight on arrival. No reviews, no network access.

▸ Network Standards

Accountability doesn't end at delivery.

Direct Dispatch Lines

Post-Delivery Tracking

Removal, Not Reassignment

Every completed load is scored on timeliness, communication, and freight condition. Scores are logged and reviewed against each carrier's standing in the network.

We hold direct phone and radio contacts for every carrier's dispatch team. No ticketing systems. No contact forms. A human picks up.

Carriers who miss the standard are removed from the network—not moved to lower-priority loads. Underperformance has one consequence here.
